equipment hire Policy

All equipment hire is the responsibility of the hirer.

Clients will be required to sign a policy and terms and conditions form prior to hiring any equipment owned by K Wakeman Veterinary Physiotherapy.

Equipment can only be hired by patients under the care of K Wakeman Veterinary Physiotherapy and those adequately instructed on use.
