Booking and Cancellation Policy


By booking an appointment you agree to the following.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointments to avoid being charged, Clients will be liable to pay £30 for cancellation of arranged appointments under 24 hours notice.


The right is reserved to refuse treatment if the physiotherapist deems veterinary intervention is required before hand or the animal is considered dangerous. Clients will be charged £15 to cover cost of time and travel.


Payments must be paid within 7 days of issued invoice. If treatment sessions are being funded by insurance, contact Kyra to discuss this prior to your appointment. £10 admin fee applies to all insurance claims.

Payments can be made via BACS or cash.
